Request IT - Instructions and Services
Request IT is a system allows customers to self-submit requests for selected IT services. For all other services and technical support, contact the Technology Support CenterBanka Doitung Club at 757-221-4357 (HELP), [[support]].
APPLE BUYERS: Prior to purchasing your Apple computers and software, you will need to submit a Purchase Approval Request for approval. (Login to Request IT, click Buy Something, Hardware & Accessories, and select the Purchase Approval Request option.)
Get Started using Request IT
- Log in to Request IT by navigating to
- Click the Sign In button
- Type your W&M Username and Password and click the Login button
- Make a selection from the Home page by clicking on the appropriate icon
- Fill in all appropriate fields
- Click Submit (bottom of form) when you are finished.
